I have only positive things to say about the Electric Connection. The team arrived on time, got to work, done in less than an hour and I paid the price I was quoted also no mess for me to clean-up which was a bonus.

Excellent ev charging installation! The whole process was so smooth and easy to follow. Instructions on what photos to send allowed a same day quote and next steps. I had my ev charger installed within 48 hours after. Highly suggest and so happy with this service.

Title: Incredible Service — Fast, Friendly, and Reliable! I'm a regular customer of the Electric Connection, and my most recent experience was having my home EV charging station replaced. As usual, they delivered excellent service. Shout-out to Joshua, who handled the replacement quickly and professionally. He paid close attention to detail and made the whole process effortless. And a big thanks to James for getting me scheduled for same-day service — that kind of responsiveness is hard to find in Los Angeles! Every interaction I’ve had with their team has been positive. I can’t recommend The Electric Connection enough for anyone in LA needing electrical services.

Grateful to The Electric Connection who made installed my Tesla Universal Wall Connector. The electric panel was as far away from where I needed it as possible but they did it quickly, neatly, and cost effectively. They even did put a screen over an attic vent that was open to rats that they discovered. Thank you. I highly recommend The Electric Connection.

I have used this service twice now for electrical situations over the past 10 years and on both occasions, they responded promptly to my inquiry, were able to book a time quickly, showed up on time, were pleasant to work with, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. I have no reservations about recommending them. Also, the information on their website is helpful, including pricing of their services.

My EV home charger died and I needed a replacement. The team at The Electric Connection came over and did the installation seamlessly. Great communication about scheduling and they kept me apprised as to when the tech were on their way. Great customer service.

I have used the Electric Connection twice to install EV chargers and have found them to be professional and responsive. They ask the right questions before they arrive to make sure they are prepared and then do a good job once they arrive. I would use them again and I highly recommend.

I just had a Tesla charger installed and I am super pleased with all kinds of things about this company. When I say all around top notch customer service, I mean from the office to the field. I had an extremely rough time working w the HOA to get the install done, and every step of the way, the guys in the office took care of me. Whether it was going over the details to quadruple check they were to the specifications of the HOA, or rescheduling appointments because the HOA was being difficult. Always amenable. Never an issue. The guys doing the install were equally as supportive. Professional, proficient and easy going. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that they go above and beyond to deliver not just a technically flawless install, but paid particular attention to the customer service aspect, which was unexpected, and so truly appreciated. Fabio, Bob, Charlie, Tony are in the office/via email, and Hugo, Alex, Matthew and Nau are in the field. Gotta give a special shout out to Matthew who really white gloved the experience. Thank you ALL.
